Hi, I’m Angel Pace.
Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor-Associate (Virtual Only)
Hi, I'm Angel, a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHCA). I earned my master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wake Forest University and am currently pursuing a doctorate in Counselor Education and Supervision at Walden University. I provide telehealth counseling to teens and adults (ages 13 and up) who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, self-esteem challenges, stress, and ADHD. I also welcome and affirm LGBTQ+ clients seeking a safe, supportive space.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each person I work with. I draw from person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) to help clients build on their strengths, develop practical strategies, and move toward the goals that matter most to them.
I have a particular interest in how digital environments and technology shape our mental health and well-being, a perspective that helps me connect with clients navigating the unique pressures of life in a connected world. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, working through a difficult chapter, or simply looking for a space to grow, I'd be honored to support you along the way.
